Any unused time during the consultation is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later time. Consultations are typically scheduled within 24 hours of payment during business hours. In rare cases, the setup period may take longer. If payment is made after 3 pm, the consultation may take place the following morning, although our team will make every effort to schedule it as quickly as possible, close to the time you prefer. Payments or bookings made after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. The assigned attorney will be the most suitable practitioner available for your specific matter. Occasionally, additional information may be required, in which case your attorney will request it after the consultation before providing substantive recommendations. Our clients who choose to proceed with their matter benefit from our unique policy of utilizing the minimum necessary resources to achieve their objectives, which significantly reduces costs and expedites the process. All legal advice provided will be based exclusively on the information provided by the client. If pertinent information is omitted, untrue, or misleading, E Pretorius Attorneys and its practitioners will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the advice and legal recommendations provided. If the client chooses to extend the consultation, the additional time must be paid immediately after the consultation. The additional charge is calculated in 15-minute increments, with each increment priced at R500 excluding VAT. Payment is not contingent upon the advice provided or any other factors.
